Parent’s Night Out. We want to thank you, the foster parents, for all you do, by giving you an evening out. Enjoy a date night or just get some rest. This event is intended for all the children in your home.

Our friends at Believers’ Chapel will be providing dinner, snacks, and activities. The children will be divided into age groups and will rotate through activities and game time. We have many volunteers who are excited to spend the evening with the kids.

Please fill out the registration form below and enjoy your evening out!!

If you have not filled out your waiver for 2023 please do so before registering. Only if the children in your home change will you need to fill out the waiver again this year. This waiver will cover all events for 2023. The link is at the top of the parent portal. Thank you!!

Are there any safety plans for any of your children that we should be aware of?

If you answer yes, please explain in the message space by the child's name or give us the name of the child's case worker so we can be in touch with them. This information will be kept quiet but for the safety of your child we need to know if there are things we need to keep an eye on. Thank you for helping us keep this time fun and safe for all the children.

Do we have your permission to send post event updates?

Do we have your permission to send a post event update, including photos from the event, to you and the other foster families? This update will never be made public and will only go to the foster families. We thought it might be good for you to be able to see what your children are doing at the parents' night out events. Please choose one option. If you have previously answered this with yes or no, you can leave it blank.

Do we have your permission to send update links to your cell phone

We know you may not use your email as often as your cell phone and we don't want you to miss out on any events or updates. We are setting up a text service that will allow us to send the link for registrations and updates to your cell phone. It will come through as a short text with a hyperlink to click and open the email or registration form. We think this could help us keep you all informed. Please choose one option.
