WHO ARE WE
We are a family and an organization who have a heart for our community and its children. Inspired by Jesus’ command to love our neighbor, we embarked on a mission to create a ministry surrounding foster families. We have been blessed on this journey to have been able to serve hundreds of families in Middle Tennessee and have even adopted a child once in the foster care system. We hope to expand our outreach and devote even more time to this calling from the Lord.
Our Team
brent & anna morgan
President & Director
Even as teenagers founders Brent and Anna Morgan had a heart for serving others. Having been high school sweethearts the two eventually married and started a family of their own. They would continue serving as full-time missionaries with Brent using his gifts to help children with abusive backgrounds and Anna spending countless hours counseling those most in need.
As the couple matured so did their vision for the ministry and in 2019 they started Bridge Family Ministries; an organization dedicated to helping those in the foster care community. During this time Brent and Anna would also learn first-hand the struggles of many foster families to access resources and support when several foster children, meant to be short-term emergency placements, ended up staying with them for almost a year. Still this time would turn out to be a blessing in disguise and they would eventually end up adopting one of the children.
The Morgan’s are grateful for the outpouring of love and contributions from the local community and their hope is to be able to help more foster children and their families as the ministry grows.
Brent and Anna Morgan have been married over 20 years and have 7 beautiful children.

Program Managers
The Morgan children also have a passion to serve. Raised in a home full of love and the Word of God, they strive to share the same love and compassion they grew up with to others around them; especially the most vulnerable. Nothing makes them happier than seeing the smiles on the faces of young children and teens like them as they connect in ways that mean the most. Through the struggles, laughs and lessons the Morgan children have learned much from serving foster families.
The Rutledge Family
Lead Volunteers
Rusty and Elizabeth Rutledge, as well as their children, have been with Bridge Family Ministries almost from the beginning. And much of what the ministry has been able to accomplish has been due to the family’s tireless work and effort. From volunteering for events to open their homes to provide respite care for foster families, the Rutledge’s have been an integral part of the organization and love serving the foster care community. Rusty and Elizabeth have five wonderful children, including two who joined their family through international adoption. Their adult children continue to work with Bridge Family Ministries along side their parents.
AUBrey GIFFIN
Social Media & Marketing Manager
Audrey Giffin not only manages the social media and marketing for Bridge Family Ministries. She and her husband Matthew serves as volunteers with the ministry, helping with Bridge Moms and Parent’s Night Out. Aubrey’s two adopted siblings are the ones who gave her a heart for helping the foster and adoption community. Her husband quickly fell in love with serving too and they hope to one day offer respite care, as well as, eventually foster or adopt. Aubrey, Matthew and their daughter Posie live in Middle Tennessee.
