Foster Parents, YOU ARE APPRECIATED, and we want to make sure you know how much.

Last year we held a banquet and served you dinner while the children were entertained. This year we are going to try something a bit different. We will host Parents’ Night Out for the children and will be gifting each of your families with gifts for you to take this opportunity and have a date, either as a couple or with a group of other foster parents you have gotten to know. This is our way of showing you how thankful we are for you.

Please register your children for Parent’s Night Out and your gifts will be waiting for you when you drop off your children. It is fine if you are not able to make it at 5, drop off when you can throughout the evening.

If you have not filled out your waiver for 2023 please do so before registering. Only if the children in your home change will you need to complete the form again. This waiver will cover all events for 2023. The link is at the top of the parent portal. Thank you!!

Do we have your permission to send update links to your cell phone?

We know you may not use your email as often as your cell phone and we don't want you to miss out on any events or updates. We are setting up a text service that will allow us to send the link for registrations and updates to your cell phone. It will come through as a short text with a hyperlink to click and open the email or registration form. We think this could help us keep you all informed. Please choose one option.

Do we have your permission to send a post event update, including photos from the event, to you and the other registered foster families? This update will never be made public and will only go to the foster families. We thought it might be good for you to be able to see what your children are doing at the parents' night out events. Are there any safety plans for any of your children that we should be aware of?

If you answer yes, please explain in the message space by the child's name or give us the name of the child's case worker so we can be in touch with them. This information will be kept quiet but for the safety of your child we need to know if there are things we need to keep an eye on. Thank you for helping us keep this time fun and safe for all the children.
